Instructions- The purpose of this blog is to enable each member to demonstrate to me that you are able to take the tools & techniques you are learning about and ADAPT them for use in your day to day working environment in order to generate a favorable return on training investment (RoTI) to your sponsoring company.
This is known as "Transfer of Knowledge" http://www.nwlink.com/~donclark/hrd/learning/transfer.html
This assignment is ALSO designed to help prepare you for the essay portion of your PSP, EVP, CEP or Risk Certification AND/OR to help you write your CCC/E paper.
This assignment is NOT the appropriate place to post answers to your questions or other assignments.
Best of luck and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
Testing to see if I can make posts. It's been great getting to see a lot of new faces and an old family friend from Shell, Gideon. Thanks to Chidi and the blogging team also. Looking forward to Learning as much as i can from this course.
I see that our Project Managers are working hard to get the much needed AFE from Dr Paul. Having submitted the plan, i hope to hear OK from him. Lashe thanks for all the effort.
Just testing to confirm that I can publish a blog. Thanks to the Blog PM for setting it up very quickly. Once we receive the NTP from the "client from hell" we'll be ready to shoot.
Hello All, This is just to check my blogging credentials. Eagerly awaiting the opportunity to get the paper started. Appreciations to Chidi for Setting this up.
Hi Folks, Given that the blog postings were due NLT close of business, Monday night, I really should see everyone's W1 posting happening in the coming 24 hours.
Also, to catch up as Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday have been set aside for work on our papers, I expect to see as many people as possible sending me their paper topics for my endorsement and support.
My g-mail has been created.
ReplyDeleteThanks to the blogs manager and team members.
Regards,
Austin.
