Analysis Assignment-
Aim
The Survey is done to
determine what stage our team is at the moment.
With respect to that, I did the team survey development assessment
using the Tuckman’s model, and then my result shows that our team Bistrol 12 is
on the ‘’ Norming stage ‘’
Result of the assessments
After spending about
40mins attending to the 32 questionnaires, I came out with total results
using scoring system as explained below
Forming Stage- 22
Storming stage-24
Norming Stage-26
Performing stage-21
Where are we
From the result above the Norming stage has the highest score,
this shows that Bristol 12 team is on Norming stage; meaning that Bristol 12
team (probably the program manager ) needs to be assisted to take responsibility
for progress towards the team goal.
Leadership skill
to Adopt
From the characteristics of Norming stage of the team
develop survey, the program manager and the team need to adopt ’‘Participating or
democratic style”.
This leadership style requires all in the team to work
together in making a decision to achieving the objective or goal of the team.

Sorry Stella, I have to REJECT this posting..... Why? Because you failed to follow the 7 step process shown on page 7 of your Engineering Economy, Table 1-1 and also because you failed to properly cite the references using APA format.
ReplyDeleteI cannot begin to stress how important it is to read over what others have done before you so that you don't repeat the same mistakes. What you are doing now is working HARD, not SMART.
What you need to do right now is look over other peoples postings who have received an AWESOME comment from me. Then ask them to HELP YOU format your blog posting in a way that meets the quality standards I am expecting.
Also keep in mind that your W2 posting is due either tonight (Sunday) or latest Monday night. This means you need to FIX this one and repost it as W1.1_Stella_Tuckman AND you need to create a W2 blog posting in support of your paper.
