OK, good job on following our step by step process and good job on your citations, but for future postings, I am looking for a much more robust QUANTITATIVE analysis.
What would have been really IMPRESSIVE here is if you produced a BEFORE and AFTER histogram, showing the impacts that fast tracking has on the manpower loading requirements.
One of the big problems with fast tracking is whether enough people are available AND can those people all work in the same area without tripping over each other.
I will accept this, but I am expecting more QUANTITATIVE analysis from you in the future.
